Appointment Setter - Cold Caller for Real Estate (Part-Time)

Are you a confident and motivated communicator looking to make an impact in the real estate industry? DRVN Investing is hiring Appointment Setters who will be the first point of contact for homeowners considering selling their properties. This is a commission-based role with opportunities for growth and high earnings potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Cold Call: Reach out to homeowners (20 hours per week) to introduce our services and gather initial interest.
  • Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to understand homeowners' needs and determine if they are motivated to sell.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for our sales team to close the deal.
  • Build Relationships: Represent DRVN Investing professionally and establish trust with potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Cold Calling: Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or real estate is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: A clear and confident speaking voice with excellent English proficiency.
  • Motivated and Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to work with CRM systems and basic calling platforms.
  • Availability: Commitment to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work during peak calling hours.

Compensation:

$25,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents
  • Set aggressive sales goals with sales team
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
