Receptionist – Join Our Team in Westport, CT!

David Lerner Associates is looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of our Westport, CT branch. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment .

What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Handling multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.

đź‘‹ Greeting and directing visitors to ensure a seamless experience.

📦 Managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages , including overnight shipments to Corporate Headquarters.

đź—‚ Maintaining office supplies and keeping track of inventory.

đź“‘ Providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

đź’Ş Occasionally lifting/moving deliveries (up to 50 lbs) with the help of a handcart.

What We’re Looking For:

âś… 1-3 years of reception or administrative experience.

âś… Excellent communication and organizational skills.

âś… Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.

âś… High school diploma or equivalent required.

âś… Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
