What You'll Do:
Manage high-volume recruitment for security personnel across multiple locations
Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, event, and private security roles
Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
Maintain accurate files and documentation in compliance with hiring protocols
Use Microsoft 365 & Excel to track candidates and recruitment metrics
Work closely with hiring managers to meet urgent staffing needs
