CAMP Systems is the leading provider of aircraft compliance and health management services to the global business aviation industry. Job Summary:

CAMP Systems is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager in our San Diego, CA office. This individual will be a self-driven, self-managed, and motivated person. The RSM position is a key role in the organization and will report directly to the VP of Sales. This position offers salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Management of Named Accounts in World-Wide Territory including regions in the US and Europe

• Individual contribution

• Develop and qualify prospects using specific sales methodology

• Sell software licenses and services

• Lead and Opportunity generation through qualification procedure

• Coordinate activities with Inside Sales team

• Maintain database of contacts/leads using company CRM (Salesforce.com)

• Research & Profile accounts

• Gather information and Report on pipeline activity

• Manage customer accounts for the purpose of selling additional software

• Pursue new sales opportunities within customer base

• Support of Marketing activities

• Attend Global Trade Shows

• Expected Travel – Moderate to High. Assumes 12-20 on-site customer meetings per year.

• Support and mentor the Sales team

Requirements

• 5+ Years selling software or aviation sales experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Nice to haves:

• Aviation industry experience in sales

• Salesforce experience

• SaaS experience

• Negotiating skills

• Formal Sales Training program/certification

Compensation: $ 75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year – dependent on experience + commission and benefits
