Remote Hospitality & Ticketing Agent

Ticketing & Booking Support:

  • Ensure all reservations are accurate and align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets.
  • Process modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.

Client Assistance:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for routes, airlines, and seating options.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our system.
  • Process payments and send confirmation details to clients in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry updates.
