About the Role
As a Remote Legal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional legal talent with our clients. Your expertise and relationship-building skills will drive your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify top legal professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other channels.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with client needs.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Pipeline Development : Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
Market Expertise: Stay informed about legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to provide strategic advice.
Achieve Results: Exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals to maximize your commission-based earnings.
What Youll Bring:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the legal industry, with a track record of success in a commission-based role.
Deep understanding of the legal job market and industry trends.
