Location : Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and elevate guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including budgeting, staffing, and service quality.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, team morale, and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze financials, control costs, and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience (or 9 years without a degree), including 3+ years in management.
• Must obtain Responsible Alcohol & ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, InfoGenesis, and Red Rock.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet physical requirements for the role.
