We’re Hiring: Roofing Estimator – Sales-Focused + Construction Experience

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet clients at their homes to inspect roofs, take measurements, and present solutions
• Follow a proven 8-step sales process to guide homeowners from estimate to signed contract
• Use CRM to manage leads, client notes, and sales documentation
• Maintain stellar customer satisfaction
• Apply our company values in all internal and external interactions
• Help uphold profit margins by accurately scoping and pricing jobs
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and installers

✅ What You Must Have

• 2+ years of construction sales experience
• Customer-first mindset and great communication skills
• Willingness to travel long distances daily within the Northern VA area
• Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and accessing attics
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Growth mindset — always looking to improve

💸 Compensation & Perks

• $55K base + 3% commission + KPI bonuses
• OTE Year 1: ~$100K
• Year 2+: $150K+ | Year 3+: $200K+
• Hybrid role – mostly field-based with weekly in-office meetings
• Company vehicle + gas card provided

🕐 Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

📍 Office: 2985 Prosperity Ave., Fairfax, VA (weekly visits)
