About the Role

We are currently looking for an individual with a background in Italian food, ideally food sales, to join us as a Sales Representative to cover our established San Diego route.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined geographical territory, achieving sales targets and profit goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term success.
• Monitor pricing, ensure credit term compliance, and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide best-in-class service and product delivery.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills

• 3+ Years of Foodservice Sales Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with ERP or CRM software

Pay range and compensation package

We value our employees’ time and efforts and offer a competitive starting compensation of $70,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience, and an extensive benefits package. Our lucrative commission scale allows for ample opportunity for our sales representatives to grow past their starting compensation. Our benefits package includes:
