Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials essential for our company’s success? We are seeking a Senior Buyer/Planner to join our team and take ownership of procurement and supply chain planning.

In this dynamic position, you’ll oversee sourcing strategies, perform cost analysis, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in planning, procurement, and supply chain management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🔑 What You'll Do:

• Maintain a steady supply of raw materials and hardware to meet production demands.
• Plan and monitor inventory using tools like JIT, Kanban, and replenishment programs.
• Own and manage special projects related to procurement and planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers to provide regular forecasts and ensure long-term supply.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and lead times with suppliers.
• Analyze and resolve supply issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Support company initiatives related to Lean manufacturing, safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Manage ERP/MRP system data and generate purchase orders to track and manage inventory.

📋 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in planning or procurement in a manufacturing setting.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., APTEAN, SAP, Oracle).
• Expertise in inventory systems and supply planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• APICS/CPIM certifications (strongly preferred).
