What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of client transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our financial objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Process client transactions accurately and expeditiously
• Monitor transaction workflows, identifying areas of improvement
• Collaborate with finops, client services, and finance to troubleshoot transaction issues and ensure a seamless client experience
• Capable of handling high volume workload as well as managing multiple requests/issues from clients and in house team
• Responsible for adhering to internal guidelines
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, providing insights based on transaction data

What We Want:

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Alternative investments experience is a plus
• Ability to take initiative in ad hoc projects when required
• Experience in processing client transactions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Attention to detail and accuracy
