Senior Analyst – Capital Management
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
A leading investment firm with a diverse portfolio in the hospitality and real estate sectors is seeking a Capital Management Senior Analyst to join a high-impact and collaborative team. With a strong presence in the lodging sector and billions in managed assets, the firm offers a dynamic environment for professionals eager to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.
This role supports senior leadership in analyzing, forecasting, and strategizing capital expenditures representing a significant annual investment across a wide portfolio of premium assets. You’ll play a key role in driving value and innovation across the organization’s capital management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed financial models and performance analyses in Excel
Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
Evaluate and recommend strategic initiatives based on financial projections
Manage monthly reporting processes and deliverables
Contribute to annual capital planning efforts to enhance asset performance and guest experience
Engage in a variety of ad-hoc projects in support of strategic goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.5 or above preferred)
4+ years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or real estate analysis
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Exceptional PowerPoint design and communication skills
A genuine interest in hospitality, real estate, and investment strategy
High attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and a proactive mindset
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills at all levels
