Job Description
- Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

- Key Responsibilities: Configuring ServiceNow to meet business requirements, building workflow diagrams and architectural specifications, identifying opportunities for improvement, working with project leads and developers to analyze complex issues, identifying issues that may impact customer experience, participating in the management of tool upgrades.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow or another CRM tool, 2+ years of development experience with API, Web Services, and Databases, 6+ years of IT experience, familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, MID server setup, and web service integrations, experience in website administration.
