We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage, develop, and support ServiceNow platform activities, ensuring seamless integration, workflow automation, and issue resolution for large-scale customer instances. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ITSM Pro modules, ServiceNow scripting, and ITOM/CMDB modules to lead platform initiatives, optimize configurations, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Monitoring: Oversee daily L3 activities, perform platform monitoring, and ensure smooth system operations.
• Workflow Development & Integration: Develop and manage workflows, implement integrations, and oversee version upgrades.
• Scripting & Automation: Utilize ServiceNow scripting to enhance custom UI, business rules, and automation.
• System Configuration & Troubleshooting: Proficiently handle system configurations, catalog item creation, and troubleshoot workflows.
• ITOM & CMDB Configuration: Design, configure, and manage ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Configuration Management.
• Customer Interaction & Support: Directly manage customer communication, provide support during US work hours, and resolve escalations.
• Process Improvement & Team Collaboration: Lead Service Improvement Plans, contribute to proposals, and support knowledge sharing by updating knowledge bases and training team members.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 8-12 years in ServiceNow Administration.
  • 3-6 years in ServiceNow development with experience managing large customer instances.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in JavaScript, PowerShell, API connectors, and web services.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM Pro modules, virtual chat agent, service portals, custom tables, and system configurations.
• ServiceNow Knowledge:
  • Extensive understanding of ITIL processes and license management on SNOW.
  • Experience customizing workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Familiarity with platform migration and ITOM/CMDB data management.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English, team management, and customer support abilities.
