Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solventless Lamination Operator located in Miami, FL. The Solventless Lamination Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining solventless lamination equipment. The role includes monitoring the lamination process, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience with solventless lamination processes and equipment, specifically Nordmecanica machines
Ability to monitor and maintain product quality
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform equipment maintenance
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
