Location : Bridgeport, New Jersey 08014 (Territory: New Jersey and Pennsylvania)

Experience : 4+ years

CTC : $60,000.00 - $80,865.00 per year

Job Type : Full-time

Travel Requirement : Up to 60%

Remote Work : No (must be able to service the general area)

Job Description:

Aggreko, a leading global provider of energy and power solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Building Services & Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and maintaining customer relationships in Bridgeport, NJ , and Pennsylvania. With a focus on power generation and temperature control solutions, you'll engage in both remote and face-to-face sales activities, manage a robust pipeline, and contribute to Aggreko's continued success in providing energy solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Engagement: Drive both remote and face-to-face sales activities within Bridgeport, NJ, and Pennsylvania.
  • Customer Development: Sell to both new and existing clients, using strategies such as cross-selling, up selling, and repeat sales.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify, evaluate, and create medium to long-term sales strategies to increase energy solution sales.
  • Target Achievement: Proactively work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through strong sales efforts and relationship management.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Develop sales proposals, conduct product demos, and manage customer details in CRM systems.
  • Customer Network Expansion: Grow and maintain the customer base through regular sales calls, assessing customer needs, and recommending solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development , prospecting , and pipeline growth .
  • Strong understanding of power generation and temperature control equipment and their applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of market opportunities and territory insights .
  • Demonstrated success in meeting an annual sales budget of $2 million , showcasing strong sales capabilities.
  • General knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Sales force CRM experience.
  • Technical background or trade school education in power generation or HVAC/temperature control equipment.
  • Established book of business or client network in the building and construction sector.
  • Experience in technical solution selling .
