We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WFH Call Center Representative to join our team at Mamaroneck Union Free School District. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our team in Columbus, United States.

Responsibilities

As a WFH Call Center Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
