Job Title: Account Executive – Non-Asset FTL Trucking Solutions

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team, focusing on non-asset Full Truckload (FTL) trucking solutions . This role is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with shippers and clients to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the transportation industry, exceptional sales skills, and experience working with non-asset-based freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for non-asset FTL trucking solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and carrier management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop customized transportation solutions to meet client needs and provide value-added services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the trucking and logistics sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or account management experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries, preferably with FTL trucking solutions.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of non-asset-based freight solutions and carrier networks.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Networking: Established relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics professionals is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
