Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced team? Candidate Source is looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and hands-on support in a dynamic staffing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to the recruiting and operations team.
• Assist with data entry, scheduling, and document organization.
• Help coordinate onboarding and compliance tasks for new hires.
• Monitor and update applicant records in our system.
• Support office operations, including supply management and light customer service.
• Handle miscellaneous projects and tasks to improve efficiency.
• We are estimating 20-25 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with using technology and business softwares such as Microsoft Office & Excel
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
