About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Amazon Marketplace Business Manager to take ownership of our Amazon storefront(s) and drive strategic growth. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our Amazon business—managing product listings, optimizing advertising, analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and spearheading initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will be a key player in expanding our digital footprint and elevating our brand presence on Amazon.com and international Amazon marketplaces (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central) accounts.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ Content, images) to improve conversion and search visibility.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase traffic, sales, and profit margins.
  • Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and analyze performance metrics to ensure ROAS goals are met.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid stockouts or overstock.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Handle Amazon support cases, policy compliance, listing issues, and resolve account health matters proactively.
  • Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and advertising reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s platform updates, best practices, and policy changes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and managing large ASIN portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, algorithm behavior, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in Amazon PPC management, keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketplaces outside Amazon (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Shopify) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with FBA, FBM, and hybrid fulfillment models
  • Knowledge of tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, DSP, or third-party ad tech
  • Understanding of retail math and margin optimization
