As a receptionist at Venardi Zurada LLP you will be responsible for answering and routing calls, entering information in our internal system, mail and fax routing and filing, communicating with clients, attorneys and other staff, assisting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, and providing general support to the smooth running of the office.
This position requires extraordinary bi-lingual English and Spanish phone etiquette, the ability to efficiently multi-task and remain organized. This position is for someone who enjoys connecting with people and has an ability to connect with just about anyone.
This is a full-time bilingual English and Spanish position in our office.
● Fluent in Spanish
● Experience handling a multi-line phone system
● Extraordinary phone etiquette
● Strong organizational skills
● Manages front office area
● Orders supplies
● Manage mail and fax sorting, distribution and filing
● Ensures smooth overall day-to-day office operations from an administrative standpoint
● Proven people skills
● Able to Multi-Task
● Ideally Bilingual English/Spanish
