Job Description:

Roadcase.com is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our team. As a Journeyman Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and framing.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent understanding of safety guidelines and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
