Full Stack Engineer – Satellite Ground Systems

Location: Boulder, US (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Clearance: Active or renewable Secret Clearance required

Are you passionate about building innovative software solutions and contributing to critical national security missions? Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in developing next-generation satellite ground systems. From crafting new features for the core product to integrating systems with larger customer infrastructures, this position offers a unique blend of technical challenges, collaboration, and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for satellite ground systems.
  • Collaborate with customers and team members during early kick-off meetings to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Ruby and Vue.js (or equivalent technologies).
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Assist customers with system integration into larger infrastructures.
  • Participate in Agile workflows, including daily standups and team sprints.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to continually enhance development processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with open-source platforms like GitHub (code samples encouraged).
  • Background in defense technology or commercial cloud/web development preferred.
  • Client-facing experience with light project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (essential).
  • Active or renewable Secret Clearance (24-month renewability window).
