We focus on empowering our clients to maintain independence and dignity while receiving high-quality support from trained professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, social workers, rehab centers, senior housing communities, and hospitals. Regularly visit healthcare facilities and community partners to promote our services. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and referral quotas. Create and execute a marketing plan for your assigned territory. Track all outreach, lead development, and follow-ups in a CRM system. Represent Open Arms professionally at all times and serve as a key point of contact for the community. Educate potential clients and referral sources about services, payment options, and care coordination. Attend industry events, health fairs, and networking meetings to build awareness and generate referrals. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in home care, healthcare, or related field. Strong understanding of referral dynamics and lead conversion. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field and manage a sales territory. Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM usage and lead tracking. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications Local market knowledge of the Philadelphia and surrounding healthcare community. Existing professional relationships in healthcare referral networks. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a healthcare-related field. Bilingual abilities a plus.
