Looking for a hands-on Manager who is capable of troubleshooting and resolving production floor issues. This opportunity has the potential for Partial Ownership in the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process
• Ability to manage a small group of workers
• Knows and understands both electric and hydraulic machines
• Can do light mold maintenance take apart clean put back together
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Assign daily work tasks for manufacturing Associates, ensuring proper job rotation.
• Coordinate assigned manufacturing shift efforts to optimize workflow and associate potential.
• Directly supervise manufacturing department assigned Associates, ensuring proper procedures and safety rules/regulations are being followed.
• Identify equipment improvements/repairs and initiate work orders.
• Respond to and resolve associate questions or concerns.
• Update the daily production tracking system (floor schedule) and make sure shift data input is correct and closed
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure their tasks are complete.

Qualifications

• Injection Molding Experience REQUIRED
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
