A highly productive, fast-paced residential mortgage firm located in the Los Angeles area is adding a team member for a key role:

Loan Manager

Pipeline Management: This role is the critical link between loan origination, processing, and third-party partners in the mortgage process. It involves direct collaboration with clients, business partners, and loan originators to facilitate smooth and timely loan closings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

MUST HAVE

• Superb communication skills, written and verbal (several hours a day on the phone)
• A strong balance of creative and analytical
• Able to remain calm under pressure - Patience
• High Technology Aptitude
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• The ability to Focus on task-oriented work
• Must be self–directed and willing to speak up and make suggestions for process improvements
• Have a burning desire to learn and implement
• Good Math skills

LIKE to HAVE

· Mortgage/Real estate/Escrow experience is helpful but not necessary

· Sales skills

· Finance skills

· Lots of friends who want to buy homes
