Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a motivated Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients across various industries.

If you’re passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be rewarded for your results, this is the opportunity for you. This position will require travel around the greater Houston area and entails a hybrid schedule (in-office, remote, and in field).

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads from first contact through closing
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales reports

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field
