Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UI Path.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, identify, and automate manual processes.
• Develop best practices, governance, and frameworks for scalable RPA deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers on UI Path coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize existing RPA workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, ensuring system reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest UI Path features, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; UiPath, Python, REST / SOAP Web Services, RPA development, SQL
• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UI Path.
• Strong expertise in UI Path Orchestrator, Studio, and Automation Hub.
• Proficiency in workflow design, state machines, and exception handling.
• Experience with AI-powered automation, OCR, and document processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, .NET, Python, and REST APIs.
• Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and PDD/SDD creation.
• Ability to lead RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) and establish automation roadmaps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• UI Path Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
