Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in coordinating interviews, both virtual and onsite, ensuring a smooth and organized process for all stakeholders. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data, and post job opportunities on job boards, LinkedIn, and our ATS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, both virtual and onsite, with multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Draft offer letters using the Paycom ATS.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of recruitment reports and data.
• Post job opportunities on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in administrative tasks, specifically scheduling.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization and candidates.
• Proficiency in Excel data entry.
  
  

Work Environment

The work environment involves using various technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Canva, LinkedIn, and Paycom ATS.
