Role Description: Sales Representative (Commercial & Residential Projects) - Supreme Roofing Group

Position Overview

Supreme Roofing Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position with no base salary , offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who excel in sales and client relationships. We also provide gas and travel expenses coverage to support your efforts in the field.

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on securing commercial and residential roofing projects , earning a competitive commission rate of 35% to 45% , depending on the type of contract you secure. To set you up for success, we will provide all the tools and resources you need, including leads, advertising materials, tools, and flyers to support your sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Work with company-provided leads and actively seek new clients in both the residential and commercial sectors through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific roofing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver professional and compelling presentations of our roofing services, warranties, and benefits.
  • Estimate Preparation : Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate and competitive project estimates for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Contract Negotiation : Close sales by effectively negotiating contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local building codes.
  • Customer Service : Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing questions or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with roofing systems and materials for residential and commercial projects is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation for client visits.
