What assets can Metrocosmo value?
All types of assets, including real estate, plant and machinery, motor vehicles and other automobiles, office equipment and furniture, fittings and trading stocks, and stock and shares.
What types of property do you manage?
Prime residential, commercial, industrial and other properties across the country, for corporate institutions, firms and individuals.
Can Metrocosmo sell or let my property?
Yes. We let and sell residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. You can list your property with us online or call any of our branches.
Is a search certificate enough for due diligence?
No. A search certificate alone is not complete due diligence — the property must also be physically identified on the ground and checked against survey maps.
What major consultancy assignments has Metrocosmo handled?
Yes. In 2007/2008, alongside Proper (T) Consult and Haki Law Chambers of Tanzania, Metrocosmo was involved in the enactment of the Valuation Act of Tanzania, a World Bank funded project.
What does asset tagging involve?
Asset identification, verification, tagging and data capture, with images uploaded onto a modern fixed asset tracking system.
Does Metrocosmo offer property dispute resolution?
Yes. Some of our consultants have advanced knowledge and skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution and are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK Branch).
